Delivery Policy

For Send A Gift PR the total satisfaction of its clients is its main goal. For this, it is important that customers provide the accurate information that is necessary to make the delivery. Send A Gift PR agrees to deliver on or before 5:00 pm on the day the customer determines.

We will deliver your gift free of charge in the Metro Area. Area Metro is understood as the following towns: San Juan, Carolina, Canovanas, Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto, Bayamón and Cataño.

Deliveries in the rest of the municipalities of Puerto Rico will have charges depending on the area to which you belong (refer to the rates).


In the event that Send A Gift PR cannot make the delivery for reasons that are our responsibility but beyond our control, a REFUND will be made for the entire amount paid by the customer and a certificate (for a future purchase) will be awarded with a value of 15% of the purchase that could not be made.
